As you can see, we've upgraded our website, new look & new features. Our website gets over thousands of hits per week from around the world. Our newsletter is sent to over 6000 music industry contacts around the world, from major & Indie record labels, to artist, to radio stations, to retail outlets, to music publications - printed & online, to mixshow DJs, nightclubs, mobile DJs, sports music & college party DJs, bi-weekly & for special occasions. Below, you can find information on the different options to fill your various needs (If you would just like to swap links please skip to the bottom for more info): Advertising Packages With our newly upgraded website, we're offer many advertising opportunities, including the large & small banner systems, a VIP & standard featured artist setup, a VIP music review, a more featured ad, Text ad, a variety of ads on our newsletter and custom advertising needs as well. Being in the music & entertainment industry, we understand that you may only need to advertise for short periods of time to push singles & or albums over the edge. So our some of packages feature 2, 4 and 8 week campaigns. We can accommodate up to annual ads as well. 1. We offer a large rotating banner on one or all of the pages, it's dimensions are 650(w) x 285(h) and the banners included must be in the .jpg format. This allows companies to spread the cost of advertising, but still be featured on a specific page or every page the rotating banner is running. There are only 10 slots available per page. A 4 week campaign runs $150, with 8 week campaigns running only $250 on the front page or your preferred page, only. There will be an additional charge of $30 per additional page up to 5 pages, except the charts pages. Call me for additional details. 2. The Featured ads offer companies, artists & labels the chance to stand out. There are ONLY 2 featured ads per page so act quick! Ads should be 468(w) x 60(h) or vertical 60(w) x 468(h), and can be in one of 3 formats; .jpg, .png, and .gif (so they can be animated). Prices start at $250 for 4 weeks, and only $400 for 8 weeks per page, except for the charts pages (a savings of more than 10%!) If you'd like to sponsor either of the charts pages groups, where your Featured ad will run at the top of each category, Crossover, Urban/Hip Hop & Dance, PLUS on every chart under that category, that is only $400 for 4 weeks & $775 for 8 weeks. Now that is a Featured Ad! Call me for additional details. 3. Text ads are the least expensive & can have great exposure capabilities on one or more pages, throughout the site, except for the charts pages. This will be a simple text ad that can be linked to a website or a special page we've setup for you on the site (for an additional fee), like a music review, etc. The starting fee for one text ad per page is $30 per month. Call me for additional details. (See Record Pool Ads area on our front page) 4. We also offer a 2 week, 4 week or more advertisement campaign called, VIP Featured Artist & Standard Featured Artist, which will be posted on the front page of our site, with an additional page for your artist's bios, pictures & we'll be able to play a snippet or full version of your latest release or even the video. 2 weeks on the VIP area is $150 & 4 weeks is $275. 2 weeks on the Standard area is $100 & 4 weeks is $175. 5 weeks & longer setups are available. (Custom setups can vary in price and bring more attention to your artist, so don't hesitate to ask us for details) 5. Many visitors to our site enjoy checking out the music reviews section & what better way to let them check out your music than to allow them to see the artist & hear their music. We can setup a similar campaign to the Featured Artist section above, called VIP Music Review, using our Music Reviews section, however this means that the same features will be on the site indefinitely for the price of $100. If you should decide to combine both these features your price for 2 weeks VIP Featured Artist plus VIP Music Review is $250 & the 4 weeks VIP Featured Artist plus VIP Music Review is only $350. Your price for 2 weeks Standard Featured Artist plus VIP Music Review is $200 & the 4 weeks Standard Featured Artist plus VIP Music Review is only $275. (We have special pricing for returning customers & to customers that advertise on a regular basis) We have a Holiday Special which runs through the month of December which gives you the VIP Featured Artist setup, plus the VIP Music Review for only $300. Custom banner solutions are available too, just contact us to clarify your needs. Advertising on our newsletter system is a customized setup which we'll need to speak with you to see what you have in mind. Prices will vary, contact us so we can get you the maximum exposure for your product. Also we've partnered with our search engine optimization company CoueyWebDesigns.com to offer you some design services. For alterations to current banners (changing sizes, text, formats) it will cost $35. Design services start at only $75 for custom banner solutions. (These prices are available via our record pool StarfleetMusic.com through our partnership).
Swapping LinksIf you'd love to advertise with us, but can't afford it at this time, we do offer link exchanging on our website, MySpace, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn & Plaxo. Call us so we send you the code to copy into one of your pages. Your email should include the url (link) to the page that has our link on it. Include your name and contact info. Once we check that the link is there and working properly, we'll immediately place a link to your site and send you an email with the url so you can see the link as well (Reciprocal links are checked periodically and if a link to our site isn't found in working condition, you will be notified and your link will be removed from our site).
