Jody Watley - Candlelight (Remixes)

Jody Watley is back with a nice batch of remixes of her new release, "Candlelight" on Avitone and Peace Bisquit Records. Thanks to our friends at Maxi Promotion for keeping us on top of some of the hottest Dance hits from around the world. This new project has a variety of flavors to it ranging from a smooth Urban feel to an almost Jazzy House flavor, running between 100 to 128 bpm. These mixes have great potential to work in the right Urban to Jazzy to Dance clubs around the world. Mixshow DJs, this can do very well for you, too. Jody's vocals are as hot as ever. She just continues to show that her music style can be excepted by a wide variety of listeners, young & old.

It's hard to remain relevant for a second these days but Jody Watley has managed to artfully navigate the worlds of pop and r&b for decades. Her innate pop sensibility and eagerness to embrace the new is what keeps her adoring fans worldwide hooked. Her sensuous new single "Candlelight" is a sneak peak from her upcoming LP Chameleon slated for a Fall 2009 release. Check out the silky smooth Original and Aris KoKou Vocal Dub and UK producer RedSoul's deep house vocal. Also included are the Lead and Background Vocals to use as dj tools or to create your own unique Candlelight mix. Additional remixes are coming soon as well. Out now on Avitone Records.
